What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the style, colour, fabric and customisation. Tell us your target quantity and we'll confirm what's possible for each style.
Can I order samples first?
Yes — tick "Samples" in your enquiry and list the styles. Sample cost, shipping and timing are confirmed before you pay.
Can you add my own logo and packaging?
Share your logo files and packaging plan. Feasibility, artwork requirements and any extra minimums or costs are included in your quote.
How does shipping work?
Tell us your country and postcode. We'll suggest express, air or sea options; shipping terms, costs, duties and timing are agreed in writing with your final quote.
How do I pay?
Payment terms are set out in your proforma invoice. Orders can also be placed through our Alibaba store for Trade Assurance protection.
